We bring you last week's top former Bearcats players who are currently playing in pro basketball.

#1. Tymu Chenery, a 6'6'' guard who graduated from Binghamton in 2025 and received the All-AEC Second Team award that year, is currently playing professionally in Denmark. Recently, he showcased his talent by leading the Bakken Bears to a hard-fought 87-81 victory over the second-ranked Naestved in the Danish BasketLigaen. In this crucial game between two top 3 ranked teams in group Places 1-6, Chenery shined as the MVP, scoring 20 points and grabbing 5 rebounds in just 29 minutes of play. This remarkable performance was even more impressive considering it is only his first season in professional basketball. Chenery's exceptional contributions were pivotal in securing the win for his team, making him the champion of the game. Despite it being his debut year with the Bakken Bears, he has consistently delivered outstanding performances throughout the season. Currently averaging 16.1 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.4 assists per game in the 35 games he has played so far, Chenery has proven to be a valuable asset to his team and a standout player in the league.

#2. Ben Callahan-Gold, a 24-year-old former Bearcats alumni from 2025 standing at an impressive 6'8'' and currently playing professionally in Israel, recently showcased his talent in a game for M.Ashdod. Despite his remarkable performance, the team was unable to secure a victory in their matchup against I. Nahariya, ultimately losing 108-114 on the road. In the game, Callahan-Gold demonstrated his skills by achieving a double-double, scoring 18 points and grabbing 12 rebounds during his 37 minutes on the court. This performance was particularly impressive considering it is his debut season in professional basketball. He stood out with his strong showing against the formidable I. Nahariya team. As a testament to his outstanding display, Callahan-Gold was honored with the Triple-Double Badge by eurobasket.com. Throughout the season, he has maintained solid statistics, averaging 12.0 points per game and 5.0 rebounds per game across 37 games. Callahan-Gold continues to prove himself as a rising star in the professional basketball scene.

#3. In the recent game, Miles Gibson, a 28-year-old forward standing at 6'6'' who graduated from Binghamton in 2023 and currently plays professionally in Australia, was unable to lead Waverley Falcons to a victory. Despite his commendable performance, the 14th-placed Waverley Falcons (5-7) suffered a defeat against the higher-ranked (#12) Braves in the South group, losing 84-91 in Bendigo. During the game, Gibson showcased his skills by scoring 11 points and securing 5 rebounds in just 20 minutes of play. Although he put up an impressive performance against the Bendigo Braves, his team fell short of clinching the win. Throughout the season, Gibson has maintained solid statistics, averaging 11.9 points per game and 4.5 rebounds per game across 12 matches. His consistent contributions on the court demonstrate his value as a key player for Waverley Falcons.

#4. Wilfredo Rodriguez, a 6'6'' power forward and 31-year-old Bearcats alummi from 2018, was recognized with the Latinbasket.com All-Puerto Rican BSN Rookie of the Year award in his debut year. Currently playing professionally in Puerto Rico, he recently competed for Mets de Guaynabo in a game against Criollos. Despite his efforts, Rodriguez's team was unable to secure a victory, falling short with a score of 104-101. In this matchup, Rodriguez contributed 5 points, 1 rebound, and 2 assists in 19 minutes of play. Notably, Rodriguez has displayed consistency throughout the season, averaging 3.9 points and 1.8 rebounds per game in 17 appearances. It is also noteworthy that he holds dual American and Puerto Rican citizenship, allowing him to compete in Puerto Rico as a domestic player.
