Rigo Edzata signs at Aix-Maurienne

Aix-Maurienne Savoie Basket (ProB) signed 28-year-old Congolese 203cm power forward Rigo Edzata for the upcoming season. He is a familiar face in French ProB, having most recently played for Chartres Basket Masculins. Last season, he averaged 7.9ppg and 4.0rpg in 38 ProB games. Prior to that, he spent two seasons (2022-24) with Tours Metropole Basket in NM1.
He has played previously for two other teams: Denain Voltaire and Cholet.
Edzata won the French ProA U21 (Trophee du Futur) championship title in 2018.
