Mali conquer the title in Brazzaville

Mali celebrated the trophy at the All-Africa Games. They knocked down Nigeria in the Final in Brazzaville. Naignouma Coulibaly (191-C-89, agency: Regeneracom Sports) posted 21 points and 16 rebounds to pace the winners.
Mali recorded a 17:10 lead after the opening frame. Nigeria pulled within four points at halftime 30:26. But Mali maintained the advantage throughout the third term. Angola earned the Bronze medals at the tournament. They held off Senegal 53:42 in the consolation final.
